“Obamacare is a disaster, and that’s why I’ve worked tirelessly to repeal that failed law and replace it with a patient-centered plan that is affordable for hardworking taxpayers. One of the many ways Obamacare hurts hardworking Americans is through a sinister tax hike that targets millions of seniors and middle-class families who are already struggling with costly medical bills. These Americans should never be forced to shoulder the financial burden of President Obama’s failed healthcare law, and the legislation we passed today eliminates this harmful tax once and for all.
