WASHINGTON, D.C. – House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) today announced that the Steve Gleason Act will come up for a vote in the House tomorrow:

“This is a big step forward for Team Gleason and all those suffering from ALS and other neurological disorders. The Steve Gleason Act helps those who can’t speak to still be able to find their voice,” Rep. Scalise said. “This legislation will ensure that people with disabilities have more opportunities when seeking treatments, cures and independence. I applaud Sen. Vitter for shepherding this legislation through the Senate and Rep. McMorris Rodgers in her efforts working with me to bring the Steve Gleason Act up for a vote in the House. We have built a strong team who have been committed to championing this important bill on to victory. I urge my House colleagues to pass this life-changing legislation so that it can quickly be signed into law.”
