Scalise on Supreme Court Decision to Halt Obama Carbon Emissions Rule

WASHINGTON, D.C. – House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) released the following statement on the Supreme Court’s decision to halt the enforcement of President Obama’s carbon emissions rule for power plants:
